CITY TEMPO - SOUTHBANK COLLECTION, Melbourne – A Smart Stay in the City

Stylishly furnished rooms that were quiet and very comfortable, a real pleasure to return to at the end of a busy day. The hotel is located in a good location close to the crown casino. The service was very friendly and attentive, making our stay special. The location was really close to crown casino and to the trams that lead to Melbourne City, offering great convenience.

The apartment in Southbank is conveniently located near the City, South Wharf for excellent shopping, and plenty of charming cafes and restaurants within walking distance until late at night. The apartment comes fully equipped with everything you need to get started, including dishwasher and washing machine cleaners, a nice touch even for short stays.

The hotel is in a wonderful location with convenient access to public transport, supermarkets, and local attractions. The rooms are spotless and situated on a high floor, offering great views. The staff is helpful and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay, although it would be better if they confirmed the actual property before arrival. The dining options are a bit of a challenge in the mornings, but the hotel's facilities are top-notch.

The apartment was virtually soundproof with all single beds, making for a comfortable stay. However, the staff's attitude was a letdown, with rudeness and lack of help with connectivity issues. The location proved convenient for exploring Melbourne but fell short of being ideal.
